Payments
Payment would be made at the time of purchase .We accept payments via paypal,you do not need to register with paypal to make a payment, you just will be asked for your card details, and most cards are accepted .
Shipping
We (Hadaduende Herbs) intend to process your order within no more than 1 - 2 working days upon placement of the order. Shipping will be processed using Royal Mail services. A standard postage rate base on weight is used . If you required a first class delivery or a tracking and insure delivery method please contact us and we will send you an invoice with the total charge of your order and delivery charges.
Orders will be only processed once the payment is received. Once the payment is received we will send you a confirmation order email.
We can ship virtually to any place, please for international orders please get in touch for prices.
Returns and Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items in its original packaging within 20 days from delivery, once we received it, we will fully refund your money minus the delivery cost, if the item is faulty please send us an email with a picture of the damage item and a briefly explanation , we will replace the item at no extra cost, we will pay the return shipping cost if the return is as a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). Please get in touch before sending any items.
