Rooibos is an indigenous shrub, that grows exclusively on the slops of the Cedarberg mountains in the western Cape province of South Africa and has been used by the traditional healers of the are for centuries and is widely used for its restorative and antioxidant properties. 

This red colour herb is rich in vitamin C and minerals, including iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc and floride. Rooibos is caffeine free alternative to domestic tea, in South Africa is served in coffee shops in form of cappuccinos and lattes.
